I've been using Paperform since it first came out a few years back, and every time I contact support, it feels like I'm talking to someone who's both knowledgeable and eager to assist. The form is loaded with features, but recently we needed something in their Hubspot integration that wasn't there. To my surprise, they already added it to their upcoming plans! I've tried other top-notch form applications, and they don't operate like this. Paperform stands out, and I commend them for staying flexible and aiming for excellence. I wholeheartedly endorse Paperform for its attractive design, advanced capabilities, and outstanding customer service. Thanks a bunch, folks!

Conner and Danny from the support team were fantastic! Whenever I needed to tackle something a bit unconventional, the service has been top-notch. I've been super happy making the switch from Typeform. Paperform offers way more customization options, and I can't praise their support crew enough.

Paperform has totally scammed everyone who held a Briefcase Lifetime Account. Out of the blue, they switched all accounts to free plans and pointed fingers at Appsumo, even though they promised a lifetime guarantee back in 2021. Meanwhile, they’re trying to rope in those who had the lifetime deal into monthly subscriptions. This is a total scam! The statement from Paperform is also misleading, as Appsumo confirmed that all Briefcase accounts were indeed turned into lifetime deals. They’re just not being honest.

We really couldn't have wished for anything better; their support crew was top-notch and managed to come up with solutions for all our tricky calculations. We can't praise them enough, especially Jim from before and Sonny, whose quick replies were impressive considering how complicated the math was. Definitely worth a shout-out!

There are just so many templates and options available. These forms can tackle anything I need. Most of the time, I can sort things out on my own, but if I hit a snag, their support team is simply the best! I hardly ever wait long for help in the chat, and even if I do, it’s no biggie because they stick around until you’re happy! I’m just in love with this service!

Paperform offers a really nice interface, and I gotta say, I love the integrations. I’ve given a shot to integrations like Excel, Mistertask, and Zoho CRM. The accuracy with which the integration handles data in other applications is quite impressive. For instance, you can connect a survey response directly to a specific column in an Excel sheet.

This feature is something I find incredibly useful. I also reached out to customer service with a few questions, and the representative was friendly, prompt, and super helpful.
